Job Description

We are seeking a leader to assist in managing the store's fruit & veg department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a small team of staff responsible for stocking and merchandising fruit and vegetables
  • Create rosters, manage inventory levels and generate orders
  • Conduct regular stock takes and maintain accurate records
  • Develop effective merchandising strategies to drive sales
  • Provide exceptional customer service and lead by example

This role is part of our store team and involves:

  • Leading and managing a team of up to 5 staff members
  • Creating sales plans to meet business objectives
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service and store appearance
  • Coaching, training and performance managing team members
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
