Healthcare Professional Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to drive the growth of our healthcare agency business in the Northern Territory.

This leadership role is based in Darwin and involves leading a team of recruitment and workforce consultants to elevate our business while ensuring exceptional service delivery to healthcare facilities across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, inspire and develop a team of recruitment and workforce consultants.

  • Build and grow strong relationships with healthcare facilities and clients across the NT.

  • Oversee workforce planning to ensure shift fulfillment and client satisfaction.

  • Drive business development strategies to expand our footprint in the region.

  • Monitor performance, operational excellence and compliance.

Requirements:

You will need experience in recruitment, business development or healthcare operations, with a proven track record of problem-solving and delivering outcomes. Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire others are essential for success.

Your knowledge of healthcare, nursing or aged care would be advantageous but not necessary.
