Sales & Merchandising Assistant - Casual 20+ hrs per week

Choices Flooring, a leading Australian retailer of flooring solutions, is experiencing an exciting period of growth and requires the services of an experienced Sales Professional.

If you love being creative and have a real passion for outstanding customer service, we would like you to join our team to help customers create their ultimate living environment by improving their home flooring.

What sets Choices Flooring apart is our people and the "simple to shop" store environment that allows the customer to easily select the floor they have been searching for.

We are currently looking to appoint a talented individual, with a proven track record in professional retail sales to join the team. Knowledge of selling floor coverings such as carpet, vinyl & timber would be considered a significant advantage. Be part of our friendly, fun and creative work environment.

Role
- Serving customers instore for their flooring needs
- Arranging measures & quotes
- Responsible for all store merchandising, samples & ticketing
- Ensuring all products in data base is up to date
- Upkeep of store presentation and cleanliness
- Administration & sales support to Office Manager & Directors

The successful applicants will:

- Have an eye for colour, design and style
- Want to help customers transform their homes
- Excel in outstanding personal customer service
- Have good computer and administration skills.
- Have attention to detail
- Knowledge of retail floor coverings is a significant advantage

Excellent communication skills, impeccable grooming, flexibility and the willingness to work Saturdays is required.
