Lead Veterinary Excellence

We seek a seasoned leader to oversee clinical standards, foster growth opportunities, and drive continuous improvement across regional clinics.

This role focuses on advancing veterinary care, collaborating with the Chief Veterinary Officer, and working with national teams of Regional Clinical Directors.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with veterinary teams to assess needs, identify growth opportunities, and promote a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Work with in-clinic teams to build strong relationships and support development.
  • Champion best practices and uphold the highest standards of veterinary care.
  • Develop and deliver impactful training programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Partner with operational leaders to drive performance and client satisfaction.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of veterinary professionals.
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements in veterinary medicine and integrate innovations into practice.
Requirements
  • A degree in Veterinary Medicine and registration to practice in Queensland.
  • Possession of membership in an area of Small Animal Practice is desirable.
  • Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A passion for mentoring and empowering others.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to excellence.
  • Ability to travel between clinics and support other regions as needed.
