Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Banker to play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for converting contact centre and self-generated leads into satisfied customers by providing exceptional outcomes.

They will engage with Network Partners to generate customers from agreed employer visits, ensuring that every customer interaction is quick, easy, and expertly managed.

  • You are a customer-focused professional with a proven history of financial services experience.
  • Your strong ethical belief system and ability to execute business development strategies make you a valuable asset to the team.
  • You have a sound understanding of credit assessment, lending principles, and whole-of-bank products.
  • Your excellent communication skills and ability to build strong community relationships set you apart.
  • You are technically sound in business development principles and have a general understanding of market and competitor developments.
  • Your knowledge of governance and regulations will help you excel in this role.
