Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough cleaning tasks throughout the store, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and buffing floors.
- Operate various equipment and cleaning products to maintain a high level of cleanliness in the store, team rooms, toilets, and offices.
- Collect trolleys from in and around the store and store carpark, regardless of weather conditions.
About You:
- You will be working both indoors and outdoors, requiring the ability to work autonomously and in a team setting.
- A commitment to providing excellent customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.
- A keen eye for detail and cleanliness, with a passion for working safely and adhering to Coles' Safe Work practices.
- The ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- Physical fitness is essential, as you will be constantly on the go and lifting up to 17kgs.
- Availability for a wide range of shifts between 5am-11pm, 7 days a week.
