Imaging Technical Support Leadership RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of engineers in providing technical support to customers and field teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for minimizing customer events at each site through analysis, interventions, and cost management.Key responsibilities include leading and coaching a team to drive accountability, ownership, and progress against goals and targets. You will work closely with the call center, planning team, and Global Spare Parts Organization teams to coordinate responses to hard down events.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operational roles in service, project, field service, or operational environments. Solid management/people leader experience in leading technical teams is also essential.You should possess solid proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products and CRM and ERP tools such as Oracle, Siebel, SAP. Experience in or exposure to the medical support industry, ideally in Imaging, is highly desirable.The ability to pre-empt and foresee problems before they occur and always have a solution prepared is crucial. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in local language as well as good command of English are necessary.Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in operational roles in service, project, field service, or operational environments.
  • Solid management/people leader experience in leading technical teams.
  • Proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products and CRM and ERP tools.
  • Experience in or exposure to the medical support industry.
