Corporate Store Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced leader to fill a Corporate Store Area Manager position.

This field-based role is located in Brisbane and reports directly to the National Operations Director.

The successful candidate will lead a group of 6–8 national corporate stores, driving store performance, team development, and brand excellence. Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving sales and financial performance across your store group
  • Recruiting, training, and mentoring Store Managers and team members
  • Monitoring KPIs including transaction value, customer satisfaction, and compliance
  • Collaborating with internal teams including Marketing and Category Management

Required skills and qualifications include strong leadership and team development skills, passion for the Hair & Beauty industry, and excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities. A Hair and Beauty related qualification is preferred but not essential.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, be able to communicate effectively at all levels, and possess a results-oriented approach to their work.
