Safety Leader

We are seeking a Business Partner to drive meaningful change and deliver safety leadership through the planning, coordination, and monitoring of health & safety within our group framework.
**Job Overview**
As a Business Partner, you will partner with senior stakeholders to develop and implement health and safety improvement initiatives, incident management, and safety leadership. You will identify contemporary health and safety practices and performance metrics to implement in our organisation, and support the development and simplification of health and safety planning to facilitate seamless interface with operations in construction and commissioning activities.
**Key Responsibilities**

**Requirements**
For this role, we require:
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or a related field
- Proven track record in an HSE role within high-risk industries, including construction, utilities, oil & gas, resources
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
- Strong continuous improvement mindset
- Passion for innovative and contemporary HSE thought and practice
