ClearCompany is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our executive office, you will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and Board of Directors.

About the Role

This is a fixed-term position available on a two-year contract. You will be responsible for leading the establishment and induction of a new Board of Directors, developing and implementing systems, protocols, and processes to support its effective functioning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to Directors, including coordination and preparation of sensitive documents and reports.
  • Support effective information management, monitoring shared secretariat email inboxes, maintaining records, and managing board member communications.
  • Maintain productive working relationships with colleagues, both independently and as part of a team.
Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Company Secretary or Corporate Governance Specialist who has demonstrable knowledge of Board obligations and governance requirements in a government context.

  • Prior experience in document management, financial records, and/or procurement processes is essential.
  • Proven ability to provide secretariat support to executive-level forums and meetings and discretion in handling sensitive operational information.
  • Advanced skills in MS 365 Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, SharePoint) are required.
