Procurement and Administration Coordinator

**About the Role:**
We are currently seeking a Procurement and Administration Coordinator to join our team at Austcorp Executive Recruitment PTY Ltd.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the purchasing administration process, managing purchase orders, and ensuring efficient business operations. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for designated suppliers, maintaining clear and effective communication channels.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting purchasing administration, including processing purchase order requests and managing the purchase workflow dashboard.
- Coordinating sample purchases and import/export documentation.
- Ensuring accurate record-keeping of product compliance documentation, including certificates of analysis.
- Maintaining a proactive attitude, resolving problems, and informing relevant parties as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administration role with a customer service and/or supplier management focus.
- Experience with purchasing, order tracking, shipping, and customs clearance.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain a positive phone manner.
General Office Duties:
- Assisting with receiving visitors, couriers, answering phones, and taking messages.
- FOLLOWING COMPANY GUIDELINES WHEN ON RECEPTION OR ANSWERING PHONE.
