Senior Care Assistant Opportunity

As a senior care assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support and assistance to elderly clients in their own homes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing domestic assistance, personal care, social support, and shopping services to clients;
  • Visiting clients' homes and working independently in the community;
  • Transporting clients safely in your own registered and comprehensively insured vehicle;
  • Collaborating with coordinators and registered nurses to ensure exceptional care.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification;
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification;
  • A valid Australian driver's licence;
  • A federal police check (or willingness to obtain);
  • The ability to speak another language is highly regarded.

You will also need to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and influenza and have a reliable, registered, and comprehensively insured vehicle.
