About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Director to lead our finance function and play a pivotal role in shaping the financial sustainability and strategic direction of Endeavour Foundation.

As the Financial Director, you will be responsible for managing the overall finance and accounting functions of the Endeavour Foundation Group, leading a high-performing team, and providing specialist financial advice to the Chief Financial Officer and senior leadership teams.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving organisation-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and financial sustainability.
  • Leading treasury practices to optimise cash, working capital, and ROI.
  • Providing commercial insights and pricing support to business units to drive margin strategies.
  • Offering strategic advice in relation to financial performance, acquisitions, and investments.
  • Overseeing and driving the development of organisational financial strategy, supporting the CFO in delivering strategic goals.
  • Ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory, and reporting standards, with a focus on risk mitigation.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Financial Director who can lead our finance function and drive financial sustainability and strategic direction. What You Bring:

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; CA or CPA certification required.
  • Experience: 15 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Expertise in budgeting, financial reporting, risk management, and compliance is essential.
  • Strong experience with long-term financial planning and treasury management.
  • Ability to lead the financial operations of a large organisation and inspire high-performing teams.
