Ice Cream Shop Assistant

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Assist with stock management and inventory control to maintain optimal levels.

Requirements:

  • Education:
  • School leaver or equivalent qualification.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash transactions.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs).
  • Desirable Skills:
  • Previous retail or customer service experience.
  • First aid certificate (desirable but not essential).
