Customer Service Ambassador

The Public Area Host is responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in the hotel's shared spaces.
This role requires strong attention to detail, ability to work efficiently and effectively manage time.
The Public Area Host will be required to collaborate with different departments to accomplish tasks and ensure that all areas are well-maintained and safe for guests.
A flexible rotating schedule including nights, overnights, weekends and public holidays may be required.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the property's shared spaces.
- Assist guests with inquiries and security matters in a warm and welcoming manner.
- Report any issues promptly to maintenance and guest services teams.
- Collaborate with colleagues from various backgrounds to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others.
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently and effectively manage time.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including nights, overnights, weekends and public holidays.
