About This Role

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our hospitality team as Hospitality Services Assistants. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritise tasks effectively and provide exceptional customer service.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for contributing to the delivery of effective cleaning and hygiene services across delegated areas of the Hospital. You will also prepare, assemble and deliver patient meals across a variety of shifts.

This role offers the opportunity to expand your skillset by gaining experience in our kitchen and hospitality team, food services and room service areas where suitable.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the delivery of effective cleaning and hygiene services across delegated areas of the Hospital
  • Prepare, assemble and deliver patient meals across a variety of shifts
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and objectives
  • Prioritise tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Requirements:

  • A positive attitude and readiness to take on new challenges
  • Ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Knowledge of current food hygiene principles and practices
  • Ability to engage with a variety of people
  • A strong sense of commitment to delivering high-quality service and continuous improvement
