About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as an In-Home Care Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference in the lives of our clients.

As an In-Home Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes. This may include assistance with personal care, domestic tasks, shopping, and meal preparation.

You will work closely with our team to develop personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client. You will also provide emotional support and companionship to help our clients maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum certificate III in a health-related industry (Individual Support, Aged Care, Nursing etc.)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to develop positive relationships
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • A reliable vehicle and a current driver's licence
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
