Key Responsibilities- Drive high performance and continuous improvement within a culture that values collaboration and innovation.
- Develop and implement communication strategies and prepare advice on stakeholder issues.
- Lead the development of a Community of Practice related to Child Safe Standards across the community.
- Engage with stakeholders regarding organisational compliance of child-related organisations with the Child and Youth Safe Organisations Framework, the Child Safe Standards and Reportable Conduct Scheme.
- Oversee education activities and presentations on operational practices, including website and communication materials.
- Provide specialist advice on effective engagement techniques and practices.
- Develop qualitative and quantitative measures to evaluate stakeholder engagement effectiveness.
- Perform other duties as required under the relevant award and in accordance with skills, competence, and training.
- A Current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Current driver's licence.
Public Interest Disclosures Act 2022.
