About the Role:This role will be responsible for planning, conducting, and delivering key candidate services projects. You will design procedures and processes that support electoral events delivery. You will also lead the creation of guidance materials for candidates and campaigners, and manage a team to conduct deliverables.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated experience in project delivery;
- Proven experience leading and monitoring a team involved in multiple projects;
- High-level verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced business environment;
- Commitment to core values.
