Job Title

A Disability Employment Services role has become available for a talented professional to join our team as an Employment Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Participant Support: Assist participants in developing skills and gaining job readiness.
  3. Quality Service Delivery: Deliver high-quality service while adhering to all contractual and compliance requirements.
  4. Training and Support: Enhance participants' employability through training and support service referrals.
  5. Personalised Job Plans: Develop personalised job plans for clear employment pathways.
  6. Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups.
