Are you a highly motivated individual who is passionate about helping others achieve their career goals? We have an exciting opportunity for a Job Coach to join our team in Northern Adelaide.

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a vital role in guiding clients towards job-readiness and enabling opportunities for employment. As a Job Coach, you will be responsible for encouraging and motivating participants through appropriate activities to find their own employment, building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities, and placing participants into sustainable employment leading to outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, employers, and stakeholders at every stage of the process
  • Ensure all activity is appropriately recorded, documented, and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements
  • Reverse market clients to employers, build relationships, and source job opportunities
  • Place participants into sustainable employment leading to desired outcomes
Qualifications and Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or a client-facing role
  • Demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges
  • Ability to liaise with multiple external and internal stakeholders
  • Confidence in working to KPIs and making placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment
