Job Description

The Customer Warranty Services Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the service team in processing and managing warranty claims. This includes coordinating with manufacturers and customers to resolve warranty-related issues efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Receive and review warranty claims submitted by customers, dealers, or service providers.
  • Verify warranty coverage and ensure that all required documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Communicate with customers, dealerships, and service departments to gather additional information when needed.
  • Process and track warranty claims from initiation to resolution.
