Senior Web Developer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced web developer to build and maintain large websites using PHP, WordPress, and related technologies.

  • Developing and maintaining scalable websites using PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Managing hosting infrastructure across cloud platforms to ensure uptime, scalability, and security.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong background in web development with knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Experience managing custom child themes and plugins using PHP.
  • Proficiency in WordPress management at scale.
  • Familiarity with server management, CDN implementations, and performance monitoring tools.
  • Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and UX/UI principles.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience with digital analytics tracking & reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in WooCommerce setup including custom store functionality.
