About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Administrator to join our Project Ceres team. As a key member of our HSSE project team, you will assist in the administration of health, safety, and environmental matters, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of Pre-Start and Toolbox meetings
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HSSE records and information in various databases and programs
  • Train, support, and administer the use of the company HSSE Event Database by project personnel
  • Collate and develop periodic HSSE Performance Reports and Presentations
  • Coordinate HSSE training courses, workshops, and meetings for the project
  • Provide administrative support to Emergency Response teams as required
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry
  • Experience in MS Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail
