  • Adhere to health and safety regulations, prioritizing the well-being and safety of clients.
  • Attend regular meetings with clients and their families to review and adjust their NDIS plans as needed, guaranteeing continuous improvement.
  • Provide training and education to clients and their families on navigating the NDIS system, empowering them to make informed decisions.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with the latest developments and best practices in the NDIS field, enhancing your skills and expertise.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • A minimum of high school or equivalent qualification.
  • At least one year of experience working with people with disabilities.
  • A deep understanding of the NDIS and its guidelines, enabling you to provide effective support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, allowing you to navigate complex situations effectively.
  • Experience with CRM software and NDIS portals, streamlining administrative tasks.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Ability to work with diverse client groups, respecting their unique needs, cultural backgrounds, and language requirements.
  • Familiarity with basic care and first aid procedures, providing peace of mind for clients and families.
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
