The role of a Service Delivery Lead is critical in managing the delivery of services across various government infrastructure facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that services are delivered in compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards.
  • Support the management team in conducting audits and inspections to ensure high standards of service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with agencies, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of subcontracted providers to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Implement effective record management and reporting systems to inform proactive performance improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in providing facilities management support services is essential.
  • A trade background is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Project management qualifications or relevant industry experience are required for this role.
  • A current driver's license is necessary for regular travel between sites.
