Job Opportunity

This role is pivotal in establishing strong client relationships with government stakeholders, ensuring compliance with housing specifications, and driving improvements in service delivery and efficiency.

You will oversee facilities and project delivery across regional South Australia, leading and supporting a small team of Facility & Asset Managers, and contribute to the ongoing success of the contract.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver facility and project management services across sites, ensuring compliance, safety, and quality outcomes.
  • Foster strong relationships with government housing officers, particularly for projects exceeding $150K.
  • Guide, mentor, and support Facility & Asset Managers through hands-on leadership and training.
  • Manage resource planning, leave coverage, and performance monitoring to maintain service continuity.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying optimisation opportunities for housing specifications, processes, and documentation.
  • Promote and role model a strong safety-first culture in line with SHEQ standards.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in facilities or project management, ideally within housing, asset management, or government contracts.
  • Trade background (highly desirable) and/or tertiary qualifications in project management or relevant industry.
  • Strong understanding of facilities maintenance in a subcontracted environment.
  • Experience in project scoping, compliance, and reporting.
  • Current driver's licence required.
