We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trainer/Assessor to join our team at ACE Training. As a Specialist Trainer/Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and relevant training & assessment services in the areas of dogging, rigging, and crane operations.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality training and assessment services to students, ensuring content meets ASQA and RTO standards.
- Supervise students' behaviours and provide motivating training experiences.
- Maintain equipment, training venues, and training aids to ensure they are safe and serviceable.
- Travel may be required to deliver training off-site.
- Perform other general duties as required.
- Cert IV TAE (plus upgrade units if required)
- High-Risk Work Licence (HRWL)
- Demonstrated Lifting Operations experience within the construction/civil, resources & infrastructure or training sectors
- Accredited by Work Safe as an Individual Assessor (or ability to gain accreditation, if applicable)
- Eligible to obtain a Working Children Check Card and a Police Check
- Australian Resident with a valid Australian Drivers Licence
- Competitive pay ($130k + Super) with a $5k sign-on bonus
