IT System Support Professional

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a seasoned system administrator. In this role, you will provide technical support for IT project implementations and manage regional system infrastructure, server patching, and end-user device maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support for IT project implementations
- Manage regional system infrastructure, server patching, and end-user device maintenance
- Maintain and update systems, including Active Directory, Sentinel One, TeamViewer, and infrastructure firmware
- Monitor systems and keep accurate records of infrastructure assets
- Assist in continuous IT systems improvement and provide staff training
- Travel requirements to deliver onsite support at MCC sites across the region
Technical Expertise:
- Hyperconverged Infrastructure, especially HPE SimpliVity
- Microsoft 365
- Aruba and Cisco Networking
- Management Information Systems (MIS)
About You:
- Minimum 5 years of similar experience in IT support or systems administration
- Proficiency in MS Windows Server 2019, Desktop OS, Office 365/Microsoft 365/Azure, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Microsoft Intune, VMware, Veeam, and AWS
- Experience with network switches, patch panels, access points (Cisco Meraki preferred), and printer troubleshooting
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for end users
- Experience in manufacturing environments is highly regarded
