Quality Assurance Specialist

The Quality Assurance Specialist plays a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the organisation's Quality Management System (QMS).

Key responsibilities include administering the QMS, supporting the business with document control processes, assisting audit programs, and maintaining electronic quality systems.

  • Oversee the administration of the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to update the Corporate Management System (CMS) and maintain document control processes.
  • Support the Governance & Assurance team's audit programs by creating and following up on corrective actions.
  • Maintain and manage electronic quality systems and databases.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in quality assurance administration within a complex environment.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and other relevant standards.
  • Document control, corrective action management, and electronic QMS platform experience.
  • Previous work experience in heavily regulated industries such as defence, pharmaceuticals, or aerospace is highly desirable.

Eligibility: This position requires a current National Police Check. Your eligibility for this role depends on your ability to obtain this clearance.
