Supporting Student Success
">We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join our team. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in providing individualized support to students with unique learning requirements.
">- You will work closely with classroom teachers and other professionals to implement personalized education plans tailored to the student's needs.
- Assist in creating and implementing individualized education plans to ensure students receive the necessary support to succeed academically and personally.
- Collaborate with teachers, Special Education Coordinators, and other professionals to provide a holistic support system for students.
- Foster positive relationships with students to promote their well-being, engagement, and academic success.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback to teachers and parents as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with varying learning needs.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of each student's learning style and abilities.
- Work collaboratively with the teaching team to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in supporting students with diverse learning needs.
