We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Lead Veterinarian to join our hospital team.
- Provide high-quality primary clinical care for both medical and surgical cases.
- Oversee the training and mentorship of veterinarians in primary care.
- Serve as a line manager, offering guidance and support to our GP veterinarians.
- Contribute to performance appraisals for GP veterinarians.
- Assist with the training of nursing and animal attendants when needed.
- Play a key role in developing and implementing our marketing strategy.
- Be an integral member of our hospital's leadership team.
- Handle client complaints and issues, ensuring both financial and clinical concerns are addressed.

About You:
- 5+ years of experience in general practice, within small animals.
- Bachelor or Doctor of Veterinary Science degree.
- Registered with the NSW Veterinary Practitioners Board as a Veterinary Surgeon.
