Job Overview

 

About the Role:

You will be working as a Member Support Consultant, interacting with our members and inspiring them to achieve their fitness goals.

No two days are the same in this role, and you will have the opportunity to interact with people from all walks of life.

Your primary focus will be on driving membership growth by performing outreach activities, generating and converting high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals campaigns.

Additionally, you will aid membership retention through positive interaction with existing members, assisting them with enquiries, and providing exceptional customer service that motivates them to continue their fitness journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contribute to sales growth using sales promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals, and identifying new business opportunities
  • Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Open and close the club as per the club roster
  • Participate actively in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
  • Regularly conduct service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey, recommending club-based products that boost results and amplify experience

Requirements:

  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate
