Executive Assistant/Project Coordinator Job

The role of Executive Assistant/Project Coordinator is a critical position within an organization, supporting senior executives and management teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing stakeholder relationships and expectations
  • Handling incoming enquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Overseeing expense reconciliation and ensuring accuracy
  • Coordinating operations and managing projects from inception to completion
  • Providing HR support and coordination
  • Liaising with Group Executives and C-Suite members on various matters

This is a permanent role, requiring the ideal candidate to work in the Sydney CBD with a hybrid model of working from home. The successful applicant will possess:

  • Tertiary Education/Degree in a relevant field
  • 5+ years experience in a similar EA/PA role at Executive or C-Suite Level
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and cloud-based technology
  • Ability to manage workload effectively and make decisions autonomously
