Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and experienced Personal Care Workers to join our team, delivering high-quality in-home care services to clients located across the Gold Coast.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering personalised care to clients in their homes, maintaining client dignity, comfort, and independence, and communicating effectively with families and multidisciplinary teams.

You will work remotely with flexibility while upholding service excellence and accurately document care provided using digital systems.

Requirements
  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability or similar (required)
  • Minimum 12 months' experience in aged care
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification
  • Valid Paid NDIS Worker Screening Check or willing to obtain upon employment
  • Police Check
  • Reliable transport and open driver's licence
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • A high level of professionalism, empathy, and resilience
