Trade Sales Consultant

At Beaumont Tiles, we are seeking a highly skilled Trade Sales Consultant to join our team.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing expert advice, and offering a consultative approach to service. Your key objective will be to ensure customers are delighted and excited about their experience with us, while achieving sales targets.
You will work closely with the Store Manager to generate sales, provide expert service, process sales efficiently and accurately, conduct follow-ups with customers, and maintain the overall look of the store.
This role involves assisting with various warehouse duties such as customer pick-ups, receiving deliveries, and providing expert knowledge and advice to trade customers and builders.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you will possess:
- Experience in retail sales and/or related industry experience
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Mature and self-directed approach to problem-solving
- Good rapport-building and influencing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Physical ability to load and unload products (up to 25kgs)
- Technological savvy and administrative skills
