Project Leader for Dynamics 365

We are seeking a highly skilled project leader to manage the delivery of a multi-year program within a government agency.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing projects from initiation to closure, developing and overseeing schedules, risks, and issues to ensure successful outcomes.

A strong background in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, as well as knowledge of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead medium-to-large projects from initiation to closure within a structured delivery framework.
  • Develop and oversee schedules, risks, and issues to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Apply knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, navigating hybrid environments effectively.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, technical specialists, and vendors to achieve delivery alignment.
  • Prepare high-quality project documentation including plans, reports, risk registers, and closure reports.
Requirements
  • Proven track record managing ICT projects in government or complex environments.
  • Strong experience in project governance, planning, and risk management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage diverse stakeholders and delivery partners.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects is mandatory.
  • Excellent written communication skills for documentation and reporting.
