Dynamics 365 Test Leadership Position

Job Description

This is a dynamic position that requires an experienced test leader to manage the testing phase of an ERP implementation project. The successful candidate will lead a team of testers and collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to validate system functionality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the overall test strategy and approach for the ERP implementation.
  • Manage end-to-end testing activities, including functional, integration, regression, and UAT.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of testers and/or external test resources.
  • Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to validate system functionality.
  • Identify, track, and report testing risks, issues, and progress to project leadership.
  • Ensure testing processes are aligned with industry best practices and project governance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing testing for large-scale ERP implementations, ideally Dynamics 365.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Retail operations preferred).
  • Experience in developing test strategies, plans, and test cases.
  • Hands-on experience with test management tools and automation frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple testing streams.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading testing efforts for complex ERP projects. They should be able to develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and lead high-performing testing teams.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and be able to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
