The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Stock Manager to join our team at our Brisbane CBD store. As a Stock Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales, leading a team, and ensuring operational excellence in the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers in store
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve sales and KPI targets
  • Process large volumes of stock and maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Assist in maintaining the in-store operations, including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning
  • Support the management team in leading the team and providing guidance and training as needed
Requirements
  • Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential
  • Full availability and flexibility to work 38 hours per week
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience
  • A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
  • The ability to work well within a fast-paced and energetic team environment
