Job Position: General Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate General Practitioner to join our team at a family-owned healthcare centre in Townsville QLD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient-centred care that addresses health needs and promotes wellness based on the latest evidence and guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, a strong commitment to ongoing professional development, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences. You will work closely with our experienced and friendly Nursing Staff to ensure patients receive optimal care and support.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide competent patient-centred care that addresses health needs and promotes wellness based on the latest evidence and guidelines and meets legislative requirements.
  • Work constructively and harmoniously with all staff to ensure patients receive optimal care and be involved in our practice accreditation activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Essential:
  • VR General Practitioner with current AHPRA registration.
  • PI Insurance.
  • Interest in all facets of General Practice including Men & women's health, childhood immunisations, Health Assessments, DVA & Work cover claims.
