Position Overview
As our Sportsbook division expands, we are seeking a Japanese Sportsbet Operations Specialist who possesses a strong passion for sports, excels in providing exceptional service, and demonstrates effective problem-solving skills.

Your Responsibilities
- Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring the website navigation is intuitive and tailored for Japanese users;
- Oversee customer account management, including settlements and bonuses;
- Provide second-level support to Customer Experience Agents;
- Monitor and manage the Japanese market, including site operations and promotional activities;
- Engage in offer management tasks;
- Handle Sportsbet-specific live incidents for Japan, as necessary;
- Collaborate directly with Japanese commercial and marketing teams to refine customer experiences for both new and existing clients.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a B2B Sales / Account Executive or Customer Service role, preferably within the Media & Entertainment sector.
- Proficient in casino operations, Japanese language, Excel, communication, and cryptocurrency.
- Adept at devising innovative solutions to challenges.
- Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail, delivering high-quality work.
