Job Description:

The role of the ITC House Manager is pivotal in providing a safe, protective, and healing physical environment for young people with complex behavioural and support needs. This position plays a key part in shaping a nurturing atmosphere where individuals can grow and develop.

As a House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the ITC home. You will work closely with the Therapeutic Specialist and ITC Case Manager to facilitate young people's Care and Therapeutic Support Plans. Your role will also involve enhancing developmental, cultural, social, and therapeutic outcomes through various activities and experiences.
