Our CIO Division spearheads the department's digital agenda, overseeing the delivery of our digital offerings. We collaborate with various business areas and stakeholders to realize digital policy objectives, define the digital landscape and strategies, and drive innovation and transformation of ICT services and solutions.

The Grants Platform team provides support, maintenance, and enhancement of our external-facing grants platform, which underpins the Business Grants Hub. This digital infrastructure enables end-to-end administration of government grants, catering to both internal users and external applicants.

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead to oversee testing activities across multiple projects. This role demands strong leadership, an in-depth understanding of automated and manual testing methodologies, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in Scrum methodology to deliver high-quality software solutions and resolve defects efficiently.

Key responsibilities include defining test strategies, planning, coordination, and execution of testing activities. The Test Lead will lead and mentor a team of testers, foster a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement, and cultivate a collaborative testing culture that promotes best practices.

The successful candidate will have 7+ years of Dynamics 365 CRM/.NET testing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role, and proven ability to define test strategies aligned with project goals and timelines.
