About the Opportunity

This is an exciting chance for a clinical marketing expert to drive change in the medical industry by developing and delivering programs that encourage product adoption and awareness.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver workshops and hands-on training for advanced surgical technologies to empower healthcare professionals.
  • Create educational materials, from presentations to case studies, to support product launches and provide tailored training resources.
Market Analysis & Business Development
  • Analyse trends and sales data to craft impactful marketing strategies in collaboration with sales teams.
  • Identify new opportunities and optimize key account management through market analysis and data-driven insights.
KOL Engagement & Clinical Research
  • Partner with leading surgeons to promote product adoption and innovation, supporting clinical research and publications.
  • Collaborate with influential healthcare professionals to drive engagement at industry events.
Project Management & Sales Support
  • Lead workshops, conferences, and product launches with precision and creativity, assessing the impact of initiatives to continually refine strategies and outcomes.
  • Work closely with sales teams to enhance training programs and develop account strategies, providing insights to improve sales tools and marketing materials.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong network of spine surgeons.
  • At least 5 years of experience in clinical marketing, medical device sales, or healthcare education.
  • Knowledge of surgical workflows, technologies, and engagement with orthopaedic and spine specialists.
  • Effective communication, project management, and multitasking abilities.
  • A willingness to travel frequently across Australia and New Zealand.
