Job Description

As a dedicated care professional, you will be responsible for assisting residents with their daily needs, including personal care, eating and social activities. You will work closely with clinical team members to ensure care plans are followed, and maintain accurate documentation to optimize resident health and wellbeing.

The ideal candidate will have a kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly. They will be comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people, be a reliable team player, and possess a Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent). The successful applicant will also be willing to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance.

This role offers a competitive hourly pay rate, not-for-profit tax benefits, fitness passport discounted gym benefits, paid parental leave, long service leave after 5 years, and an additional week of leave for enterprise agreement shift workers.
