Secure Facilities Manager

Deliver secure, fit-for-purpose facilities for mission systems by managing facilities works and security accreditation.


Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate and oversee facilities works in collaboration with stakeholders and project managers.
  • Lead or contribute to facilities working groups and planning activities.
  • Coordinate physical and ICT security planning and accreditation for mission systems.
  • Develop and contribute to key project planning documents and risk assessments.
  • Provide briefings and updates to senior leadership on risks, issues, and progress.

Requirements
  • Experience managing Defence-related facilities works and EIG processes.
  • Knowledge of Defence physical and ICT security planning and accreditation.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and exercise sound judgement in risk escalation.
  • Familiarity with Defence project planning, risk management, and tactical data link systems.
  • Currently hold a TS PV as required by the Commonwealth.
  • In some instances, compliance with ITAR requirements may be an inherent requirement.
