Home Care Support Worker Role

As a Home Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting older clients to remain independent in their own homes. This includes providing personal care support such as showering, grooming, and personal hygiene, as well as assisting with meal preparation, household cleaning, laundry, and ironing.

You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting any changes in a client's health or behavior, escalating concerns to ensure safety. Additionally, you will deliver care in line with individual Care Plans and maintain accurate documentation.

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III, IV or Diploma in Aged Care, Home Care, Disability, or related field, as well as current First Aid certification. Excellent communication skills, reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care are essential for this role.

Skills And Requirements
