We are seeking a professional to spearhead our Learning and Development initiatives.

About the Role:

  • Create impactful learning experiences that foster growth, enhance performance, and align with our global strategy.
  • Design and deliver blended learning programs for soft skills development, leveraging eLearning, virtual, face-to-face, and coaching approaches.
  • Analyze training needs and develop competency frameworks to ensure seamless execution.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness using data-driven insights and continuous refinement.
  • Promote a culture of ongoing learning through mentorship, peer collaboration, and cross-functional training opportunities.
  • Foster diversity, equity, and inclusion within our organization.
  • Cultivate employee well-being through wellness initiatives and provide support for ongoing training and development needs.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree or relevant qualifications in L&D field.
  • At least 5 years' experience in developing and delivering impactful learning programs in a corporate setting.
  • Exceptional facilitation and instructional design skills, with confidence in delivering in-person and online sessions.
  • A strategic mindset with ability to link development activities to business outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with natural influence in a collaborative environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and prioritize tasks efficiently.
