Dynamic Venue Lead

About Us: The Eureka Hotel is a local Geelong favorite, offering a Band room, dining spaces, a Rooftop, and a spacious function area. We are looking for a high-energy leader who can bring our different venues together and create a memorable experience for our customers.
The Role: As a Venue Manager, you will be responsible for executing activations, building strong relationships with DJs and promoters, and developing your team. You will work closely with our events team to ensure that every event is a success. Your goal will be to increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling opportunities, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing team of venue staff
- Develop and implement business development strategies
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Work closely with the events team to execute successful events
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in venue management
- Experience working in an entertainment-focused venue
- A proven track record in managing multi-paced venues
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
