What You'll Do:
- Lead and oversee nightly operations, staff, security personnel, and customer experiences.
- Manage scheduling, training, and performance for all front-of-house staff.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan events.
- Build strong relationships with DJs & promoters.
